- Strong IaC experience (Terraform preferred).
- Strong Kubernetes experience and familiarity (incl Helm charts, Go templates, ArgoCD, GKE).
- Good knowledge of standard SRE and infrastructure practices like immutable infrastructure, GitOps, configuration management, observability and alerting (Prometheus/Grafana preferred), conformance (eg SOC2), SLOs/performance monitoring, etc.
- Good history of working in a technical role supporting internal customers (eg Product, software teams, etc).
- Good tool-building & coding skills (Python or Go preferred).
- Strong public cloud experience (Google Cloud preferred).
- A strong bias toward action, automation, ownership, and responsibility.
- Very nice to have: Apache Airflow at scale
