Also regularly review and update of company policies to reflect changes in labor laws and industry standards Compensation and Benchmarking Conduct regular salary benchmarking analyses to ensure compensation packages are competitive within the industry and align with market standards. Recruitment and Hiring Source, evaluate, and select candidates through job fairs and interviews, manage job offer negotiations, and coordinate the onboarding process. Onboarding and Training Manage the preboarding, orientation, and training processes for new employees. Performance Management Conduct performance appraisals in line with global processes. Payroll and Resignations Oversee payroll calculations and manage the resignation process. Employee Relations Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues. Handle labor disputes and provide guidance to employees and management. HR Systems and Reporting Maintain HR systems for tracking and measuring HR management. Provide periodic reports and analyses on operations and employee metrics. Expatriate Management Manage the assignment cycle for expatriates, including compensation, benefits, and relocation. Assist with local registration and orientation processes (My Number, city registration, etc.). Collaboration and Support Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as business units, immigration, payroll, legal and other teams. Manage asset inventory and offer administrative support to local staff and expatriates. Additional Tasks Perform any additional HR and administrative tasks as needed.
