Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Presales Sales Associate to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with the Saudi Sales Team under the supervision of the Presales Manager. Your responsibilities will include supporting client engagement, assisting in the preparation of proposals and documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Saudi Sales Team in client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Support in drafting and preparing sales proposals, presentations, and technical documents.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (technical, sales, and marketing) to align business goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and sales processes.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the internal teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance client discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, presales, or a related role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
