We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Associate Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Croatia. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their advertising success.

What You'll Do

  • Solving client issues related to multi platform support (client concierge, business integrity, verification status, other).
  • Working and supporting team members on internal and external social platforms (SalesForce, ERP related tasks, Partner Center, Internal client spreadsheets).
  • Opening new ad accounts for clients.
  • Contribute to scalable account management operations for future accounts.
  • Provide regular proactive communication between clients and teams, to provide a strong team.
  • Representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Use feedback to inform the product and operations teams.
  • Advise, consult, and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge.
  • Onboarding calls/meetings.

What You Need For This Role

  • Minimum 1-2 years media experience. Must have experience with paid media campaign management, data analysis, campaign optimization.
  • Strong time and project management skills, proactive attitude.
  • Highly flexible and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, experienced in creating and presenting presentations to stakeholders.
