Job Summary

Walz Tetrick is looking for an Associate Media Specialist to join our media team. If you are a self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented and organized, you may be just the right fit. This entry-level position will be exposed to strategic planning and deeply involved in tactical execution. We’re looking for candidates who prefer to juggle a variety of projects and responsibilities and who won’t be frazzled by switching gears on a moment’s notice. This position will work in a team environment, as well as independently. Strong candidates will be eager to learn and willing to go above and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order and confirm media schedules.
  • Traffic creative assets to media outlets.
  • Assist with post-performance reports.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to coordinate and finalize media buys.
  • Help conduct research for media planning and buying.
  • Negotiation, strategy and placement of out-of-home and print advertising.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and keep a positive attitude.
