About You: 

We’re seeking a passionate marketing program professional to enhance our primary provider annual sponsorship program. In this role, you’ll participate in  program creation, executing integrated marketing strategies across web, email, content, blogs, paid media, social media, PR, and more.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact:

  • Assist marketing program lead by relentlessly driving timelines and processes to deliver a range of marketing programs on-time;
  • Support the planning and facilitation of the tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 sponsorship packages;
  • Working independently to develop methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives;
  • Taking complex situations and distilling them down to simple and easy to understand analyses for executive decision-making;
  • Providing operational and executive status reporting, as well as driving sharing of best practices and learnings across division marketing teams;
  • Developing post-analysis for our marketing programs;
  • Tracking sponsorship commitments, sales and collections.

What you’ll need/Assets:

  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred;
  • 2+ years of experience in executing and measuring marketing programs for a cloud base company;
  • 2+ years in proven project management with expertise in negotiating fast-changing schedules and juggling numerous projects at the same time;
  • Great communicator with the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders and adapt priorities according to feedback and business needs;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast and solve problems to get things done;
  • Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system preferred.
