Roles & Responsibilities:
- End to end management of marketing of key events, long-tail events, categories, occasions, venues and tours
- Own and manage all practices around PPC campaigns, email/push/whatsapp promotions and other digital channels
- Nurture, grow and maintain client relationships. Provide unique insights and value from marketing initiatives taken for their projects
- Conceptualise, plan, execute, measure, optimise and report on various marketing initiatives tailored to the requirements of various one-off and recurring projects
- Track and maintain marketing budgets and revenue targets. Provide insights and implement ideas to improve ROI across all marketing initiatives
- Identify, measure, track, optimise and improve all key health marketing indicators
- Derive actionable insights from standard marketing KPIs
- Identify the right target audiences based on the campaign brief & past data
- Contribute to expansion of digital campaign portfolio of the company
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth. Keep upto date with the latest trends and developments in the live entertainment industry
- Drive organic growth by identifying and executing the right opportunities for short, medium and long term SEO
- Train team members on various modules of brand and performance marketing to enhance their skill sets and grow the knowledge base of the team
Skills:
- Should have thorough knowledge of Meta & Google ads, including their algorithms
- Should have thorough knowledge of Google Analytics and other common analytical tools
- Should have at least 7 years of experience of with at least 3 in having executed and managed PPC campaigns, preferably for multiple brands
- Must have thorough knowledge of standard digital marketing KPIs and their implications for various industries
- Should have a fairly good understanding of other aspects of digital marketing such as email marketing, influencer marketing etc.
- Should be extremely comfortable with data analysis
- Should be extremely proficient with MS excel, Google sheets
- Should have thorough understanding of SEO
- Should have good understanding of content marketing and its use in various avenues of marketing
