Role Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to support the development and execution of Brillio’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful social impact that aligns with Brillio’s sustainability objectives. You will play a key role in managing and overseeing CSR programs, ensuring that all activities meet regulatory and foundation compliance standards. This role requires a proactive approach to managing projects, tracking key performance metrics, and continuously optimizing initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes, fostering a culture of social responsibility throughout the organization.

Job requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of CSR programs aligned with Brillio’s goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote CSR initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Track and analyse CSR project performance using key metrics
- Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and impacts
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards in CSR initiatives
- Stay updated with best practices in sustainability and CSR
- Lead employee volunteer initiatives and encourage company-wide participation in CSR activities
- Develop strategies to integrate sustainability into the company culture
- Assist in managing budgets for CSR programs and ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives
- Support communication strategies for CSR initiatives (social media, press releases, stakeholder presentations)
