Key Responsibilities
- Support in general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support in month-end close process, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial data is accurate
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, income statement analysis, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and issues related to the general ledger.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and systems.
- Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
