What You’ll Do
The Associate Manager, Employee Experience will provide overall support of Employee Experience amenities and office services.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose office three days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time 

  • Responsible for assisting the Sr. Manager in leading the Employee Experience team for management of vendors with a full understanding of services and scopes being provided along with the spending/financial data.
  • Prepare vendor list for general services, benchmark and develop service vendor scope of work, contact vendors for proposals, evaluate and recommend selection of vendors for RFP.
  • Submit budget approval and develop detail plans for service implementations or changes.
  • Conduct survey other services vendors to evaluate proper pricing on the new or revised contract.
  • Set SLAs, SOPs, and objectives for improving team performance and KPIs for vendor performance management.
  • Develop, manage and oversight of all process optimization for Employee Experience,
  • Oversee and improve office services, to include all amenities, VP Phone support management, and oversight of Regional Office Support Staff
  • Ensure efficient control and coordination of services per scope of work, conduct periodic meetings with service vendors to discuss and verify all contract conditions, perform timely inspections of each area, recommend any service improvements. Schedule and maintain records of periodic services by the vendor.
  • Assist in maintaining all general service vendor contracts. Coordinate cancellation and renewal of contracts on a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with management and Legal Department for approval on the new or revised contracts.
  • Review quarterly and semi-annual reports for usage to verify and analyze order trends.
  • Review supply orders placed for contract price items with the vendor.
  • Provide support for product review and procurement of all day-to-day and special project supplies.
  • Assure that all invoices are in line with contract specifications and verify the receipt of products as specified in the proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
  • Manage and monitor Op Ex spend on a monthly basis for Employee Experience Services

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in hospitality, business, facility, communications, or project/event management related fields
  • At least seven years relevant experience or at least ten years professional experience
  • Familiarity with hospitality, real estate, operations, facilities, and office services functions, with direct experience in a facilities department preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker and proactively identify issues and propose solutions
  • Work well under pressure and within time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Capable of working with ambiguity and change

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.

$82,096$188,800 USD
