About the role:
At Phonepe, we’re revolutionizing the payment gateway industry with innovative solutions that empower businesses to thrive. We believe in creating seamless financial experiences for our merchants and are looking for a passionate finance professional to join our team. As an Associate Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies and analyses that support the business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance, optimize operational efficiencies, and contribute to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with the product and sales teams to evaluate pricing strategies and profitability.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications: CA with 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or business finance, preferably in the fintech or payment gateway sector. Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
