Joining us as an Associate Legal Counsel
The Associate Legal Counsel will support on a broad variety of workstreams including strategic projects, corporate and commercial transactions, litigation and generally supporting the full spectrum of in-house legal work. You will work alongside and support more senior lawyers in the team as well as taking ownership over certain workstreams to deliver expert legal advice on often high-value and complex matters (as appropriate and with support from senior lawyers, as required).

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
Transactional work, including corporate transactions
Supporting on a wide variety of other legal work which may include litigation, employment, marketing & advertising and compliance
Drafting and negotiating customer and supplier agreements
Risk mitigation, horizon scanning and awareness
What you’ll bring to the role
As well as having a strong understanding of UK laws and regulations, ideally you'll be a UK qualified solicitor, ideally with 1-3 years PQE, however excellent candidates with less experience will be considered. You’ll also have:
Good drafting skills
Excellent attention to detail
Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
