Responsibilities
- User setup and administration
- Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues
- Provide to end users first level support and training, at group level
- Monitor requests on our ticketing system (Jira) and resolve in a timely manner
- Update and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures
- Set up and maintain all office IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners and mobile devices both Android and iOS)
- Keep meeting room equipment (PC, TV, camera, microphone & other equipment) functional at all times
- Manage IT asset equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Approximately 1 year of related experience in Technical Support, IT administration or equivalent role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with G Suite administration
- MS Office knowledge
- Basic networking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented, and willing to learn
- Very good command of English language
Awesome, but not necessary
- CCNA knowledge
- Working knowledge in a deployment tool (like OCS Inventory / Microsoft SCCM / ConnectWise automate etc.)
- Basic knowledge in a endpoint security solution (Like SentinelOne, Sophos, Avast etc. )
