Company Overview: Transparency-One, an ISN Company, enables companies to discover, analyze, and monitor all suppliers, components, and facilities in the entire supply chain.

Job Summary: The Associate will help clients map and manage their extended supply chain by connecting with suppliers, assisting suppliers with creating their Transparency-One accounts, sharing their information and using the Transparency-One platform. The Associate will proactively engage with suppliers to share best practices, assist with client requests, enhance their relationship with their clients, and manage their own suppliers, if appropriate.  

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Proactively service and support Transparency-One suppliers
  • Conduct training on products via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings
  • Collect supplier subscription fees and renewals via outreach efforts
  • Proactively analyze customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
  • Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients

Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bilingual (verbal and written) in French & English required
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications
  • Demonstrated personal initiative
  • Proficient presentation skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving ability
  • Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
