Position : Associate III, Quality Operation
What you will do:
• When the customer reports bad experiences with Coupang for product quality or defects, our goal is to stop the product from selling out to prevent the bad experience from spreading to more customers.
• Promptly confirm with the PBS team the reason for product quality issues (delivery, damage, defects, etc.) and process so that sales can resume
• Work with the cross-function teams to collaborate on any emergency case to assure our customer experience
• Early response to risks through judgment of various issues and rapid escalation
• Daily audit customer’s voice from different channels to
Essential Qualifications:
• Person with Andon-related work experience
• A person with meticulous and conscientious work performance skills
• Able to work in the afternoon/late night hours
Preferential treatment
• Experienced with Zendesk
• A person with experience working in a similar department in the e-commerce or open market field
• Basic level of Korean
