What You Will Do
- Responsible for retail AP and reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Communicate with suppliers about the AP process ranging from invoicing to VAT, and resolve any discrepancies
- Research for suppliers to provide accurate information, manage supplier information within business systems
- Work closely with HQ accounting team to complete the monthly closing on retail transactions.
- Performs and maintains monthly reconciliation accounts to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support on external audit and assist in VAT filing.
- Other project support assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- University major in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Relevant working experience in similar function and Big 4 experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented, passion for initiation, reliable. Good communication skill and can work under pressure.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Fluent English both verbal and written. Good computer literacy. (Microsoft office). SAP ERP knowledge is preferred.
