To create a functional funnel for vacancies which are open.
To screen applications, schedule interviews and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
To evaluate the interview process and determine any changes if required.
Conduct social media checks.
Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Assist in the onboarding process and follow up with candidates and new hires.
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
Time-management skills and multitasking ability.

Good communication skills
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with Recruitment
Basic computer knowledge & hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows 7/10, MS Office
