Associate - Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceptualize & Execute: Design high-impact creatives for CRM (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS) and performance marketing (Google, Meta ads).
  • Data-Driven Creativity: Optimize visuals based on engagement and conversion insights.
  • Multi-Channel Excellence: Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • A/B Testing & Iteration: Refine designs based on performance metrics.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Guide internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality creatives.
  • Trend & Innovation Focus: Experiment with AI tools and automation in design.

SKILLS

  • Expertise in performance-optimized design for digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects a plus).
  • Strong visual storytelling and data-backed creativity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders efficiently.
  • Experience with AI tools( Midjourney, Runway)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, CRM, or performance marketing.
  • NIFT or equivalent design background.
  • Strong brand & industry awareness, especially in fashion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills
