The Franchise Team is responsible for driving new revenue growth for DailyPay with franchise businesses. The Franchise team focuses on developing opportunities to generate qualified franchise lead opportunities for our sales team to close.
As an Associate Franchise Partnership Manager you will own the relationships with specific franchise brands and will identify the best way to drive growth for DailyPay’s free employee benefit to the franchisees of that brand. You will use a combination of our existing channel partners, franchise associations, events, digital marketing, and corporate relationships to drive lead flow and deal velocity. You will partner closely with DailyPay’s sales team to help enhance conversion and ultimately, deal closure.
You will own all aspects of the relationship with a specific franchise brand and surface new marketing and partnership opportunities to our Franchise Director. You will be responsible for attending between 6-8 franchise events per year and will partner closely with our GTM and event marketing teams to execute Dailpay’s event presence. You will stay educated on how to speak about DailyPay as the market, competitive landscape, and product changes.

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
