Associate, Finance & Strategy

As our local market is fastly growing into many operational verticals and partnerships We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Finance & Strategy to join our dynamic strategy and finance team. As a Finance strategy and Planning, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities of our business units. You will provide valuable insights into financial performance, supporting decision-making processes & KPIs, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives as well as know and understand Wolt P&L and unit economics. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Management, including reporting to our shareholders and understanding how we build and shape our financial strategy to fuel future growth.

What will you do?
 

  • Build and develop budgeting, periodic forecasting, financial analysis processes and operational metrics to provide data-driven decisions

  • Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management, identifying areas of opportunity or concern.

  • Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through the refinement of forecasting methodologies and the incorporation of relevant business drivers.

  • Assist in the development of business cases for investment initiatives, including ROI analysis and sensitivity analysis.

  • Be the finance business partner and advisor to our business units: collaborate with Senior Management to align financial plans with operational goals and KPIs

  • Develop and maintain financial modeling, reports and dashboards for management to support strategic planning initiatives and decision-making processes

  • Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in strategy & financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles

  • Data Savvy - you love to drill into the numbers while using different tools and dashboards

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience with Looker (BI Tool) & SQL skills is a plus

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English as you will be working with different teams locally and globally

  • Leadership experience and the ability to show direction, as well as the genuine will to support a wide range of cross-departments team members 

  • Thorough and organized - you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and pay great attention to details

  • Proactive planner and thorough thinker as you constantly seek new ways to improve processes

  • You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work
