Associates advise clients and drive execution on accounts, focusing on delivery of workstreams and proactive development of ideas. They develop and deliver the best examples of work for internal and external use; as well as broadening their external network.
Associates demonstrate an ability to convince a variety of other stakeholders of the client’s point of view in critical situations and – through strong relationships with the client – explain how this is being achieved.
Together with our offices in Berlin and Munich, we cover a full range of industry sectors and practices to help our clients navigate the interconnected worlds of finance, social, regulatory and government affairs.
We work with many of the world’s largest companies in all industry sectors, most of which are listed on stock exchanges. We create expertly defined communications strategies that get to the heart of specific opportunities and challenges faced by corporates around the world. We have counselled corporations on protecting and enhancing their reputations over the long term and have supported them through many of the most critical junctures in their history, including mergers and acquisitions, hostile defences, IPOs, capital raisings, leadership changes, governance matters, crisis, and responses to activist shareholders.
We understand the challenges of communicating in a highly regulated, heavily scrutinized and often volatile environment. Successfully communicating with all stakeholders, including the investment community, media, governments, regulators, employees, customers and society-at-large is a key component of creating trust and confidence.
Associates drive execution on client accounts, managing workflow and key elements.
They advise clients with support of Directors/Partners, drawing on independent experience and insights. They manage complex media interactions, using advanced knowledge of media and stakeholder landscapes.
Associates take a greater role in team management and dynamics, including supporting smooth team transitions, and serving as a mentor to junior team members.
They play an active role in drafting new business proposals, including participating in pitch meetings.
