Why We Need You!

  • Join our Enablement team to educate and empower our sales and partner networks with Ivanti’s unique value propositions and end to end solutions.
  • Ensure our Global Enablement team is aligned when rolling out new initiatives to our global stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively to our target audience all GTM updates, process changes, global initiatives and you name it!
  • Act as the first point of call for Sales and Sales Leadership when they have Enablement questions and requests.
  • Support on Global projects to ensure they are delivered effectively and on time!

 

What You Will Be Doing:

This role is crucial to help the team stay on top of deadlines, requests, and next steps with each project. You will be supporting the larger sales enablement teams in an organized manner, keeping processes running smoothly, and assisting with various tasks.

  • Communications Strategy:
    • Define how we communicate with our target audiences, through regular and ad-hoc messaging practices.
    • Oversee all communications out to the field from the broader enablement team, and our key stakeholders, including supporting on Product Launches, Solution advancements and global initiatives.
    • Advise cross functional stakeholders on best delivery method for content, and support in content build ensuring fit for purpose.
    • Explore other ways in which we can reach our target audience, to ensure our messages break through the noise!

 

  • Calendar Management:
    • Monitor and own the shared Enablement inbox, responding to requests and looping in relevant stakeholders where necessary.
    • Advise the broader enablement team on the Sales Events calendar to ensure we are not overwhelming our target audiences.
  • Content Creation & Organization:
    • Support the broader Enablement team with content creation requests to ensure alignment with our brand, and information is captured and delivered in a clean and coherent format.
    • Support the Curriculum and Learning Manager on content development for key learning initiatives.
    • Analyze content usage and communications engagement.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide monthly updates on the performance and engagement activity with Enablement owned initiatives.
    • Present learnings to key stakeholders and propose areas for development.

 

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

  • 2+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Sales or a Customer facing role.
  • Skilled at effectively presenting information to Stakeholders, both in written and verbal communication
  • Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to solutioning.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other Sales tools a bonus.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite also a bonus.
