By joining our collaborative Internal Operations team, you will leverage your strategic and analytical skills to partner with senior leadership in driving strategy and operational excellence. Supported by experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, this role balances operations, project and process management, change management, execution, and strategy, enabling leadership to effectively shape and execute key initiative and processes.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement innovative business strategies that drive growth and success, ensuring clear accountability for results.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key business and functional leaders, collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align and enforce policies in accordance with the company standards
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and technology, driving scalability while customizing internal processes to meet service line needs and ensure compliance (e.g., onboarding, performance management), and lead successful change management initiatives.
- Create and implement communication plans aligned with firm-wide strategies.
- Set and oversee annual budgets, goals, and address concerns with leadership.
- Deliver operations training tailored to meet the unique needs of the practice
- Assess financials and key metrics to identify trends, providing senior leadership with actionable insights and recommending solutions to address challenges.
- Evaluate annual employee engagement results, summarize findings, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Serve as the operations point of contact for events, meetings, and service line updates.
- Drive the performance management process for the service line, including coach matches, leadership program nominations, performance reviews, calibration discussions, and overseeing annual compensation processes.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a professional services or technology-focused environment.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong presentation skills, including exceptional writing and public speaking; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work independently, proactively identify challenges and solutions, and manage priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Coupa; Concur experience a plus
