We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director, Project Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of project managers, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects within the media and healthcare space. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and client expectations.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and resolve issues effectively.

Champion process improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized procedures.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA in Marketing or a related field is a plus)
- 6-8 years of proven project management experience within an agency setting, including experience managing direct reports.
- Experience and knowledge of the media space and/or healthcare is highly desirable.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software like Smartsheet.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
