About the Role:

TTG is seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing to orchestrate the execution of all aspects of TTG’s marketing campaigns for the London market. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple channels (paid and unpaid, attributable and unattributable, brand-focused and product-focused), understands the nuances of an e-commerce landscape, and can ensure all parts of a campaign work in harmony. We are looking for someone who not only understands the rich and vibrant London theatre scene and its savvy customers, but is also committed to producing excellent and high quality marketing campaigns.

Reporting directly to the GM of London, you’ll supervise the creation of cohesive marketing campaigns that align with TTG’s business objectives. This is a highly collaborative role, as this person will work closely with Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRM and Product/Tech teams on a daily basis, while overseeing a small but impactful team. You’ll work alongside the GM and leadership to set the strategy and provide clear direction when it comes to the execution of your direct reports.

Please note: this is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner across the Marketing organisation and the Partnerships team to ensure that all activity and merchandising across TTG retailers is effective and compelling, to help TTG achieve its sales goals
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on driving e-commerce growth
  • Support in the planning and execution of industry-leading marketing campaigns, ensuring all marketing channels are activated and performing to achieve both partner and broader TTG goals. Challenge SMEs and channel teams to provide energetic and market-leading solutions to specific challenges
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing SMEs (Social and PPC) to drive efficient performance and achieve agreed sales goals, actively pushing teams towards success
  • Ensure that TTG retail sites are effectively merchandised and managed, to present the most compelling offer and inventory to Members
  • Partner with the Director of Brand to support on planning and execution of TodayTix brand campaigns, especially with regard to ensuring effectiveness of campaign, as well as on London’s comms goals and PR strategy, looking for opportunities to use these tools to amplify TodayTix’s message specifically
  • Working with Senior Marketing Manager, develop comprehensive campaign plans for high-impact multishow campaigns such as London Theatre Week and Black Friday. Share responsibility for campaign success with the Senior Partnership (supply) team
  • Working with the CRM Manager, develop compelling and effective marketing comms that highlight relevant retailers’ unique user propositions, including Perks, Ticket Protection, and others. This includes building, segmenting and sending marketing comms from time to time
  • Share the management of London’s email marketing calendar, considering the diverse needs of different business corners, including Partnerships and Brand teams
  • Proactively stay abreast of commercial developments, building for the future team and championing change and vision-setting for the coming year
  • Represent TTG to the broader industry, showcasing the integrity, spirit of partnership, resourcefulness, and resilience of the TTG team

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • 7+ years of experience in an integrated marketing role, where they have been adept at drawing together disparate campaign elements to achieve a unified goal
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies tailored specifically for e-commerce platforms, with an understanding of customer journey mapping and ecommerce analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of theatre marketing techniques, the West End landscape and the way consumers interact with theatrical productions is essential 
  • Knowledge of Growth Marketing tools and a strong familiarity of their capabilities and limitations
  • Ability to gain partnership across an organisation, building trust and influence 
  • Knowledge of CRM programmes and strategies is an advantage 
  • Good analytical skills, using data insight to generate actions leading to impact
  • A good creative eye is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
