A dynamic customer facing role managing the connect/relationship in the account.
- Play a leadership role and guiding the team by example aligning with core values of CARING.
- Manage distributed teams internally and at the client side.
- Ability to forge connections with different client stakeholders and navigate the political setup for a large global client.
- Risk and dependency management in a multivendor/multi-team setup for a large global client.
- Responsible for account growth identifying new business opportunities.
- Responsible for coordination, communication, prioritization, resolution, and escalation of operational problems working closely with Project CEOs/Scrum Masters of different project streams.
- Close coordination with project management team for smooth delivery.
- Ensuring onboarding of right talent/resources and acting as operational guide for the team to cover the gaps.
- Planning short and long-term plans and activities for the account growth participating in RFPs, new proposals, among others.
- Responsible for controlling project finances, invoices and growth margins with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of latest technology trends/tools/frameworks.
- Knowledge of retail/commerce would be an added advantage.
Must have Skills: Account Management and Business Development (Strong).
