Associate Human Resources Director

Remote

Precision for Medicine is actively seeking an Associate Human Resources Director for an immediately available remote position in India.

HR Programs & Administration:

  • Identify, recommend, and implement an effective HR strategy aligned to business objectives and cultural norms
  • Identify solutions to support high growth and ensure organizational design is in alignment for the growth
  • Identification of trends and causes of turnover and proactive implementation of strategies to enhance retention
  • Integration of programs and practices across assigned groups to enhance consistency, effectiveness, and champion best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, and adherence to local regulations and policies
  • Ensure appropriate procedures are designed and carried out for HR processes including new hire onboarding and terminations including exit interviews
  • Collate and submit feedback & metrics on a monthly basis
  • Partner with legal counsel to ensure that employment practices and actions are compliant while meeting the needs of the business
  • Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and harmonize existing descriptions across assigned groups

Recruiting & Onboarding: 

  • Partner with the VP, Talent Acquisition and members of the team on Talent Acquisition programs, process, reporting, and analysis
  • Lead Talent Acquisition, and Recruiters to determine priorities, approval of headcount, and facilitation of an effective process
  • Ensure that an effective new hire process is designed and executed with the goal for a high quality, scalable process

Employee Relations:

  • Provide oversight for the overall employee relations process including coaching the HR staff to manage general day-to-day queries from staff, carry out objective investigations, performance improvements, and advice and risk assessments
  • Lead sensitive employee relations issues and bring to a successful conclusion
  • Provide leadership for culture management for the business unit during the high growth and acquisition processes
  • Partner with the assigned leadership team with the localization of the culture project initiatives

Performance Management & Training:

  • Support the on-going performance management program(s)
  • Develop and implement harmonized career ladders across assigned groups
  • Identify training needs for business unit staff and individual executive coaching needs & partner with L&D to deliver solutions
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and career development
  • Organize & plan training as required

Other:

  • Some travel to other offices and business meetings may be required
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources

Other Required:

  • Previous support for organizations experiencing YOY growth
  • HR systems experience as a user
  • Employee relations, coaching, and counseling experience
  • Strong understanding of employment law
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • A willingness to travel (~20%)
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, fluently and comprehend the English language
  • Due to multiple time zones of colleagues, flexibility to work outside of ‘normal’ business hours will sometimes be required

Preferred:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study
  • Experience supporting healthcare desired
  • HR systems experience in ADP, SAS / SuccessFactors, Keka and ATS platforms
  • Successful experience partnering with multiple business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Experience working with a diverse and dispersed global organization
