As part of the Regional GM’s office (Financial Services), you will work closely with the Head of Strategy on driving and executing high-impact projects across ShopBack Group for Financial Services.

You will play an important role in supporting the senior leadership team in delivering their broader goals, and have the opportunity to partner closely with various teams across multiple functions.

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Commercial Expertise:
  • Own and execute a series of rotational projects across different functions; Commercial (BD/AM/Partnerships), Marketing, and Operations.
  • You will be actively involved hands on in day-to-day business/projects. Gain in-depth knowledge and practical experience in each functional area, understanding how each contributes to overall business success.

  • Strategic Planning and Analysis:
  • Work directly with Regional GM and local Head of Departments to develop commercial strategies for the team, with timely analysis, recommendations, and execution framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and execute plans / projects that align with the company's goals and objectives (e.g. Budgeting, process optimization, scaling teams efficiently and effectively, marketing, operations, sales strategy)

  • Project Management:
  • Drive projects end-to-end from conceptualization to execution (project planning, go to market, tracking and monitoring project progress).
  • For owned projects, facilitate key internal communications by serving as a key liaison and point of contact between functions within Financial services and other regional / local teams.

Essentials to Succeed

  • 4-7 years of experience in a start-up, management consulting, or e-commerce / payments related industry
  • Proven track record in sales / business development
  • Bachelor degree with a strong academic record in any field
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial results with critical thinking skills, analytical capabilities, and logical reasoning
  • Ability to scope problems, and identify insights, lead cross functional teams and projects, communicate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, experience managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Individual is high performing, with strong learning agility, comfortable with ambiguity, and is able to navigate a complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Self driven with proven ability to work independently without direct supervision
