Associate Director, Growth and Acquisition - Remote

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Associate Director, Growth & Acquisition to join the Marketing Team! Individual reports to Sr. Director, Performance Partnerships. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Associate Director, Growth and Acquisition for our Mint Mobile brand, you will work side-by-side with our Sr. Director, Performance Partnerships to manage and grow our indirect media channels to attract new Mint subscribers. You will lead the overarching strategy and manage the execution of media across a number of channels, tracking the success of those channels, and leading the day-to-day relationship with our agencies and vendors of record. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our media team and will have a loud voice in shaping our acquisition strategies.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

  • Directly responsible for the growth and efficiency of acquisition tactics across key indirect media channels, including audio, C/TV, and digital out-of-home
  • Day-to-day management of audio and C/TV campaigns: monitoring performance, conducting analyses, investigating changes, and driving optimizations to achieve sales and efficiency goals
  • Partnering with our agencies and vendors as primary POC to manage indirect media campaigns spanning multiple channels (e.g., streaming audio, podcast, terrestrial radio, broadcast, cable) and platforms
  • Uncovering and actioning insights that drive innovation, growth, and efficiency within owned media channels
  • Collaborating with our in-house media analytics team to understand channel interactions using our custom attribution model
  • Identifying, planning, and managing new acquisition strategies, in partnership with our agencies and vendors
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g. eCommerce, Creative, Brand, Retention, Business Intelligence, Legal) to coordinate all processes needed to develop, implement, and execute effective media strategies
  • Developing and executing new indirect media channel testing roadmap
  • Plan sales driven by indirect media channels (e.g.,C/TV, audio, and DOOH) and the associated cost per sale(CPS); responsible for hitting monthly/quarterly/annual targets set by the business

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 6+years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on audio and/or TV channels(at an agency is a plus)
  • Ability to develop and execute channel strategies to hit business objectives and KPIs 
  • Strong communicator with an aptitude for managing and building relationships, both internally and externally 
  • Enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insights 
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.  The specific programs available will vary depending on state, start date, and employment type.
