Spring Health is looking for an Associate Director to contribute to our lead a high impact engagement and lifecycle marketing team. You’ll own our end-to-end global member engagement and retention strategy, supporting members in their mental health journey and getting the right care when they need it.  You will own our email, SMS and push marketing channels - everything from vendor contract negotiation and budget projections, to technical infrastructure setup, to strategic utilization and execution within these channels.  The ideal candidate lives and breathes these channels, and has a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions through expertly crafted campaigns journeys.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Multi-Channel Strategy: You’ll define and own Spring Health’s lifecycle vision to accelerate new member acquisition and support the long-term member lifecycle across a suite of channels working in concert to support our members how and when they need it.
  • Member Journey Mapping, Segmentation, and Personalization: Understand our members, develop our POV on member segmentation and craft lifecycle strategies to deliver personalized and hyper-targeted member marketing journeys. Member segments will include employees, dependents, frontline workers, health plan members, high-acuity members, and many more.
  • Lifecycle Campaign Development: With and through your team,  build comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns that support Spring Health awareness, enrollment, engagement in service of driving member utilization across products - therapy, coaching, Moments, etc. - supporting a member’s unique care needs and Spring Health growth goals. Build net new journeys as new products/features are launched.
  • Content Strategy: Craft messaging, partnering with the Content team when needed, that clearly articulates the value provided by Spring Health to members at any point in their journey and how Spring Health can support them throughout life’s many seasons.
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Develop a rigorous testing strategy (A/B and multivariate tests) to continually optimize different stages of the member journey. Monitor and evaluate campaign results across all channels to understand the efficacy of strategies and tactics for improving conversion, engagement and retention.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with R&D and other cross-functional teams to ensure the martech stack is fully integrated with internal systems and other key platforms.
  • Lifecycle Martech Lead: You’ll be our Iterable lead, working closely with Marketing Ops, Product and Engineering to ensure Iterable (and other tools if needed) are integrated to support the end-to-end member and customer journey. You’ll identify gaps and implement new technologies that enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
  • Performance Measurement: Uplevel and build robust analytics and reporting tools within the martech stack to monitor campaign performance. Share insights and winning strategies with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Process Improvement and QA: Build and refine processes, playbooks, and mechanisms that elevate the effectiveness of our customer and lifecycle marketing teams. Lead efforts to continuously improve the performance and capabilities of the martech stack. Be the final check for campaign QA before new campaigns are launched.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
