What You Will Do:
Build mechanisms to effectively manage risks arising out of Chargebacks and Disputes.
Continual optimization of the systems to keep them relevant to latest rules and requirements of the networks/ acquiring partners and to effectively deliver the outcomes.
Build strategies to minimize outstanding recoveries from the merchants or other partners owing to Chargebacks and other dues to Cashfree through effective controls and recovery mechanisms, and supervise effective delivery.
Supervise and handle interactions with Law Enforcement Agencies pertaining to the Chargebacks or any other ongoing enquiries concerning Cashfree's merchants
Build relationships with the Banking and other partners to strengthen Cashfree's brand
Increase awareness around chargeback and dispute handling mechanisms among internal and external stakeholders
What You Will Need:
· 8-12 years of relevant experience in managing chargeback and dispute processes
· 5+ years of leading and building high caliber teams
· Ability to manage multiple complex projects and programs
· Ability to challenge status-quo and think out of the box to improve / automate the ways of working.
