We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking leader in digital workplace services to join our growing IT team at the Associate Director level. In this key leadership role, you will drive the strategy and execution of innovative digital employee experiences across the company. This position requires technical, creative, and organizational skills to ensure the best possible employee experience. What You Will Contribute

• Lead change management to drive adoption and maximize the value of digital workplace tools and processes. 

• Partner with HR to enhance employee experience, ensuring seamless collaboration across locations and work styles. 

• Clarify tool usage by defining when and how to use digital platforms for synchronous and asynchronous work. 

• Optimize existing capabilities, reducing tool sprawl and improving efficiency. 

• Develop training programs to equip employees with digital skills and best practices. 

• Oversee global digital workplace services, ensuring seamless integration and user-centric design. 

• Monitor adoption and performance metrics, using insights to improve user experience and efficiency. 

• Drive self-service and automation to enhance support, reduce costs, and streamline operations. 

• Ensure compliance, security, and governance in collaboration with IT, HR, and business leaders. 

• Improve system reliability and reduce technical debt through proactive enhancements. 

• Foster a digital-first culture, promoting flexible, high-performance work practices. 

What We Seek

We are looking for a visionary leader with proven change leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving digital adoption and transformation across complex organizations. 

Key qualifications include: 

• 10+ years of experience in IT, digital workplace, or related fields, including 6+ years in leadership roles focused on change management and employee experience. 

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and inspire adoption across all levels of the organization. 

• Strategic and results-driven mindset, balancing business needs, employee experience, and technology innovation. 

• Deep knowledge of digital workplace technologies, collaboration tools, ITIL frameworks, and modern work methodologies (hybrid, asynchronous, and flexible work models). 

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships to optimize service delivery and employee support. 

• Proven ability to apply project management skills to lead transformational initiatives, ensuring successful execution and adoption. 

• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in a digital workplace environment. 

• Continuous learner and change agent, fostering innovation, agility, and a culture of digital dexterity. 

What We Will Provide To You

●        The base salary range for this role is $180,500 - $199,500. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors.

●        Avidity offers competitive compensation and benefits, which include the opportunity for annual and spot bonuses, stock options, and RSUs, as well as a 401(k) with an employer match. In addition, the comprehensive wellness program includes coverage for medical, dental, vision, and LTD, and four weeks of time off.
