Praytell is a creative communications agency powered by teams with strategic minds and spirited hearts. We craft timely, integrated campaigns that make headlines across social, earned, digital, and beyond. After a decade of delivering award-winning work, we know one thing for certain - we’re just getting started!
As Associate Director, Content & Channel Strategy, you will:
- Develop and execute content plans and innovative channel strategies that leverage consumer insights, social trends, audience behaviors and platform performance data to maximize engagement across key channels (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Twitch, Discord, etc.), collaborating with creators, influencers and community members to bring these strategies to life (aka, act like a content creator who knows how to work the system).
- Identify consumer insights and translate them into breakthrough creative ideas for social and digital media, ensuring these insights drive earned and owned storytelling.
- Lead the social briefing process, developing data-driven briefs that inspire creativity and align with strategic objectives while reviewing creative outputs to ensure they meet best practices and current trends.
- Partner with strategy and creative leads to develop and present POVs on social media trends and opportunities while leading the creation of playbooks for social-first executions.
- Collaborate closely with analytics teams to interpret performance data, build insight-driven reports and provide actionable strategies that inform content creation and optimization.
- Monitor social media for engagement opportunities and trends, advising on real-time brand activations while ensuring content calendars align with platform updates and consumer insights.
- Work with account teams, strategists and data experts to align content strategy with brand goals and ensure monthly content calendars meet KPIs and drive brand objectives.
- Stay up to date on social platform updates, tests and new opportunities, leading team education on emerging trends and driving innovative actionable social strategies.
- This role sits on a lean but mighty team, giving you the opportunity to lead and shape the future of this function in partnership with our creative and strategy teams but will still require you to be hands-on in the work.
