Function : House of Brand (Wrogn)
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies for the WROGN brand, focusing on the T-shirt, shirt, and
bottom all over categories.
Apply strong design principles to create visually appealing and trendy products as per brand DNA.
Understand the importance of color palettes, patterns, and silhouettes in product design.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging trends.
Collaborate with teams to create innovative seasonal concepts.
Involve in the selection process of appropriate fabrics, trims, and hardware for each product.
Ensure products meet quality standards, fit specifications, and adhere to brand guidelines.
Have a good understanding of various fabric types, their properties, and suitability for different styles
and functions.
Stay updated on the latest fabric innovations and trends.
Have a good understanding of various print techniques and their limitations.
Collaborate with teams to ensure products are visually cohesive and align with the brand's identity.
Coordinate with PD teams to ensure timely execution of product development with desired quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., buying, PD, sourcing) to ensure smooth product
translation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in design for men's casual wear.
Strong understanding of design principles and the execution process.
Experience working with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends.
