Join Informa Connect as an Associate Delegate Relations Manager (ADRM) and play a key part in delivering world-class events, conferences, and training solutions across a range of industries including Finance, Pharma, Maritime, Marketing, Legal, and Tax.
In this exciting role, you will sell delegate places on our extensive portfolio of global events, both in-person and digital. These include large-scale conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, training seminars, and hybrid events, allowing you to engage with clients across the world. You will advise customers on the most suitable options from our diverse range of products, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to cross-sell for future business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be generating revenue by selling delegate places for large-scale events, conferences, and training courses.
- You will be Identifying cross-selling opportunities within our portfolio, offering clients tailored solutions in various sectors.
- You will be supporting the sales efforts by ensuring timely revenue collection and following up on leads.
- This is a telesales position so dialling and calling clients is Key! you will be set KPI's and call rate targets by the Head of Sales and Global Revenue Director. Approx this will be 100 dials per day.
- You will be collaborating closely with Informa Connect's production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure sales activities align with wider business goals.

As this is a position is selling to international clients working hours at times will vary
UK - 8AM - 4.30PM
US - 12PM – 8PM East Coast or 2PM – 10PM West Coast
APAC – 4AM – 12PM
