Save On Energy is an online marketplace that simplifies how you shop your energy service in Texas. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will manage multi-variate testing, analysis, and reporting for our Save On Energy sales business, which partners with deregulated energy suppliers in Texas to help customers who are starting or transferring their electric service shop for competitive rates for their electricity supply. You will analyze & communicate performance, as well as own operational initiatives. The role will include cross functional collaboration with creative and tech, project management, performance/test analysis, and presentations with team & senior leaders. This role will enable you to think critically and creatively to make a meaningful impact to our bottom line as well as shape strategy for growth for the energy business.
