Associate Creative Director, Design - Remote

As an Associate Creative Director, Design, you will help lead creative projects and design award-winning work for a variety of clients including cosmetics brands, financial services, and a renowned baby food brand. You will be at the intersection of art and strategy, requiring a blend of creative vision, an understanding of digital commerce, and the ability to translate complex challenges into compelling creative solutions. The ACD will lead the charge in elevating brand experiences through design, ensuring that every piece of work meets our creative benchmarks. You will do hands-on design work and direct others to create deliverables including web implementations, email campaigns and paid media. You will report to a Group Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction for assigned projects, ensuring they are aligned and meet client objectives, while also pushing the boundaries of creative innovation.
  • Participate in and often lead client pitches, presentations, and briefings, creative ideas and ensuring agreement on client visions and goals.
  • Maintain client relationships, managing client interactions and ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into the creative process.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as strategy, analytics, SEO, paid media, email, and development to create original concepts and executions that have a significant impact on clients' businesses, driving forward both the creative vision and strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities to increase depth and breadth of creative work performed for clients, both from an understanding of the clients business and needs, but also from a knowledge of the industry, innovation and competitors.
  • Lead the creative team through regular work reviews, check-ins, goal planning and training. Mentor direct reports, creates a supportive culture and encourages people to excel.
  • Promote the creative process, ensuring excellence at every stage, from the initial brief to the final delivery, including the review and creative direction of copy and user experience elements to ensure they align with the creative vision.

 

At least 7 years of creative experience, in a digital agency environment, with a history of art direction or Associate Creative Director roles. ·

A Bachelor's Degree in Art Direction, Advertising, Design or related field

Hands-on digital design experience, evidenced by a portfolio that showcases design standards and aesthetic.

A deep passion for design, from the initial concept to the final, detailed product.

Brand awareness with an ability to evolve brands.

Experience leading a design process and creatively engaging with clients and team members.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
