Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director (Art) to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in concept development, campaign creation, and the overall visual direction of client work. This position is ideal for a driven designer who loves solving visual puzzles of all kinds and who understands advertising concepting. 

You’ll collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and strategists to deliver bold, memorable campaigns and design work for leading B2B brands. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex ideas into simple, striking visuals and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns and large-scale creative projects from concept to delivery, with minimal oversight.
  • Partner with copywriters to generate innovative ideas and craft cohesive, compelling concepts.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with the client’s brand voice and strategy, while pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh and unexpected solutions.
  • Roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to various design projects, ensuring high-quality execution across: Print, Branding, Event graphics, Storyboards for Motion Graphics, Keynote presentations, Social media ads and banners, Print production
  • Collaborate with strategy, account management, and production teams to ensure campaigns are on brief, on budget, and on time.
  • Take full ownership of projects, acting as a decisive leader who understands the “why” behind every decision, including strategy, client needs, and project scope.
  • Serve as the creative lead in client meetings, confidently presenting ideas and offering strategic solutions that address business needs.
  • Build trust and cultivate long-term relationships with key clients by consistently delivering high-impact creative work.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 6+ years of art direction experience in an agency environment, including leadership of large-scale campaigns.
  • Proven experience in leading creative teams and mentoring junior talent.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design capabilities and successful campaign work across various channels.

Skills:

  • Excellent design skills with a mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and strategies to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering outstanding results under pressure.
  • Ability to build polished presentations and experience responding to pitches and RFPs.
  • Comfortable and trusted in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of developing lasting client relationships.

Attitude & Leadership:

  • Brings energy, passion, and a positive attitude to every project, showing up daily with an A-game mentality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.

Technical Requirements:

  • High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI platforms is a strong advantage.
