- Localise all materials from English into Traditional Chinese, ensuring they are accurate, consistent, culturally relevant and reflect SEEK's voice and style
- Co-ordinate translation projects, using localisation tools such as Phrase, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of material
- Work with your manager to set and align on priorities and timelines
- Work with Marketing to help define and align the brand voice for our local audience
- Help develop and maintain local writing style guide in line with English standards
- Update and maintain glossary/terms list and translation memory tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with others to ensure effective and cohesive content across all touchpoints and channels
- Continuously improve translation quality and process through feedback
- Help review translated research materials, such as surveys and scripts
- Build an understanding of product design and user-centered thinking
- Native proficiency in Traditional Chinese and proficiency in English
- Fresh graduate or 1 years experience are welcome to apply
- Strong writing, communication and collaboration skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously
- A learning and growth mindset
- Familiarity with localisation tools and practices (CAT tools, translation memory, etc.) or a willingness to learn
- Experience in translation, trans creation, proofreading and/or copywriting for a Hong Kong audience will be valuable
- Experience in a tech/software environment is nice to have
- A general love and passion for writing and design, keeping across the latest advancements
