Job description - fwd Associate - Content / Copy
We are seeking a Content / Copy Writer who lives and breathes gen Z fashion to join our dynamic
team. As a Myntraite, you will be responsible for creating clear and captivating copy with a distinct,
fashion-forward gen Z voice. Your main duties will include understanding and analyzing current gen
Z trends, collaborating with designers and other stakeholders on all activations (sales, events, store
activations, CRM), conducting the gen Z market research, and maximizing the reach of copy using
best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with and guide internal team members for delivering
error-free, impactful copy that clicks with the gen Z audience. You will also be responsible for setting
strong guardrails for gen Z copy tone, language, and style of writing.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a keen interest in gen Z fashion. You must possess a
natural passion for understanding gen Z trends, be tuned into pop culture, identify relevant fashion
terminology on social media and gen Z websites, and translate briefs into high-quality gen Z content.
Excellent proofreading skills are required, along with strong research skills and good understanding
of apparel and non-apparel categories (footwear, beauty, jewellery, etc). The ability to work
collaboratively under pressure, manage time effectively, and maintain organizational skills is crucial.
