Position Overview:
As an Associate Professional Services Consultant (PSC), you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of a diverse range of customers – optimizing and configuring the Showpad Enablement Operating System (eOS) based on client-specific business goals, selling strategy and technical requirements. As a PSC, you will demonstrate expertise in 4 key areas:
Consultancy
The ability to run discovery meetings and advise on best practices that align with customer business goals, selling strategy and tech stack with a focus on scalability and solutioning.
Technical Expertise
PSCs are experts about everything Showpad. In addition to mastering the Showpad eOS, you will also develop expertise around other systems we integrate with and complement (CRM, SSO, CMS, etc).
Project Management
Manage the delivery of customer projects from end-to-end. This will include influencing decisions and managing expectations across multiple internal and external teams. Closely monitoring hours consumed by tasks delivered to the customer to ensure superior project hygiene.
Training and Change Management
A successful launch is key to driving business results. You will be instrumental to clients’ Training and Change Management teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools for a flawless rollout to their end-users.
Successful customers are our number one priority. As a PSC, you will directly affect our customer’s success, both with Showpad and in their business.
