We are currently looking to grow our Organisational Design team with an Associate Consultant who will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of culture and organisational change programmes of our clients.
💪 What will your day to day look like?
We collaborate with the world’s most influential organisations on a wide range of projects. You might find yourself helping a team design their operating system, including defining their purpose, establishing rituals, and shaping their feedback culture. Alternatively, you may assist a company define their EVP and translate it into practical applications. You may also redesign the employee experience journey, from awareness and recruitment to onboarding, engagement and even exit strategies. Additionally, you may help teams adopt agile ways of working. You will create solutions and identify the best tools to address business challenges.
We are committed to ensuring that everything we deliver to our clients is beautifully designed and data-backed. With that said, you will not only be working closely with our Org. Design team, but also top-notch experience designers, data analysts, developers and other consultants on a wide range of challenging projects.

👨💻 REBORRN’s Working Model
We operate on a hybrid work model and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in our offices at least twice a week. If you’re not based in Athens, you’ll join all-hands meetings in person once a month. In this role, you will be expected to travel several times a year for client engagements that require your physical presence.
