What you will be doing?
- Independently drive assigned projects or work streams for the Compliance function and assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules and reporting
- Strengthen design of key Compliance processes and introduce and implement mechanisms to achieve regulatory resilience
- Conduct research on and provide risk-based advice to internal stakeholders on compliance with relevant legal/ regulatory requirements
- Driving the third-party risk assessment process for the firm and review third-party relationships from a firm-wide compliance perspective
- Work with diverse stakeholders, including third-party vendors, and internal sales, product and engineering teams. Co-ordinate and manage activities across the business units and collaborate with virtual and multicultural teams
- Keep track of, and update periodically, applicable policies and standards as well as assist in the preparation of fresh policies
- Drive training and awareness campaigns across the organization to build a Compliance Culture
- Assist in planning and conducting process-led internal/ external audits, at planned interval
- Support the team in providing inputs from a Compliance perspective on any other workflows/ queries raised internally/ externally
What do we expect?

- Experience and understanding of analyzing practical implications of legislative/ regulatory requirements and implementation of operationally-feasible controls.
- Ability to take a bird's-eye view and focus on the right questions to ask/ issues to resolve
- Legal or Compliance professional with specific experience in the subjects highlighted in the description above would be preferred
- Candidates with background of working in large technology environments or other regulated industries (with preliminary understanding of ad-tech industry) would be preferred
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
Job skill requirement
- Understanding of concepts of risk and compliance management
- Ability to analyze and interpret practical implications of real-life situations and take risk-based decisions accordingly
- Strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to multi-task across different projects and balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
