Penumbra Europe GmbH, based in Berlin and headquartered in Alameda, California, is a global healthcare company focused on innovative therapies for stroke patients. Penumbra designs, develops, manufactures and markets novel medical technology products with a diversified portfolio. Our customers are hospitals and healthcare providers through direct sales in the United States, Europe, Canada and Australia, as well as through distributors in select international markets. 
 
To strengthen our Clinical team, we are looking for a full-time Associate Clinical Project Manager (m/f/d) to work remotely in Europe or for our Berlin office as soon as possible.

What You'll Work On

  • Streamlining Project Success: Comprehensive Management from Startup to Completion
  • Optimizing Study Success: Efficient Development and Distribution of Essential Documents and Tools for Investigational Sites and Review Committees
  • Improving Research Funding: Expert Negotiations of Study Budgets with Sites, Core Labs, and Vendors
  • Ensuring Success: Comprehensive Site Visits for Initiation, Monitoring, and Close-Out
  • Driving Excellence: Enhancing Processes for Ongoing Improvement

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field with 2+ years of experience
  • Relevant clinical trial experience industry required (i.e., clinical/scientific research, nursing, or medical devices/pharmaceutical)
  • Must be familiar with laws, regulations, standards, and guidance governing the conduct of clinical studies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, EDC Systems, study management systems, and vendor oversight
  • Project Management experience desired
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in English required, other European languages are an asset
