We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Client Partner to join our team in Croatia. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing media strategies, optimizing account performance, and collaborating with advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful advertising campaigns. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize their advertising success.
What You'll Do
- Lead client onboarding meetings and calls, introducing relevant products and services that could benefit the client’s business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strong product knowledge and ensure alignment with client goals, offering tailored solutions that drive additional sales.
- Advise clients on best practices and offer solutions to optimize their operations, while actively promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Resolve client issues related to multi-platform support, including concierge services, business integrity, and account verification, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
- Support team members in managing client relationships across internal and external platforms (SalesForce, ERP systems, Partner Center, client data management) with a focus on driving sales growth.
- Open and manage new ad accounts for clients, ensuring a seamless experience and exploring ways to expand service offerings.
- Develop scalable processes to support future accounts while identifying sales opportunities that align with client needs.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, presenting additional solutions and services to enhance their business outcomes and maximize revenue.
- Set clear expectations, represent client interests, and provide strategic recommendations that drive sales performance and client satisfaction.
What You Need For This Role
- Minimum 1-2 years media experience. Must have experience with paid media campaign management, data analysis, campaign optimization.
- Strong time and project management skills, proactive attitude.
- Highly flexible and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, experienced in creating and presenting presentations to stakeholders.
