About the Role
As an Associate at Atheneum, you will connect our clients with experts. Based out of our Santiago de Chile office, the successful candidate will be working with our San Francisco team, servicing our West Coast clients, thereby operating within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
Your responsibilities will include:

Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.

Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.

Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails and persuasive language and negotiation techniques.
