We're seeking a motivated Business Analyst Associate to develop analytical and practical skills in a dynamic environment, focusing on solutions for the financial market. Trainees will have the chance to work with essential tools such as Calypso, Murex and Endur, while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Economics or a related field.

  • Skills in financial analysis and modeling, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of the principles of finance and financial markets.

  • Level B1 English conversation.
  • Be located in  São Paulo city
  • Hybrid model

Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis of business requirements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve services to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze financial and operational information related to companies and industries.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations, presenting analytical findings to project teams.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop an understanding of internal processes and customer needs, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
