We are seeking a dynamic Associate (Brand Acquisition & Offline Presence), Driver Operations to spearhead our efforts in driving sticker acquisition, retention, and overall offline presence.

What You Will Do:
- Manage field forces to ensure high-quality and high-quantity outcomes, including but not limited to designing strategy, managing performance and conducting field visits to gain operational insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Sell the unique selling proposition (USP) to drivers for brand acquisition and sticker installation, and build strong relationships with driver partners to foster a sense of community.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to streamline operations and enhance efficiency while providing proactive support to ensure smooth and effective field operations.
- Utilize intermediate-level data analysis skills to understand operational data, derive actionable insights, and develop solutions to improve processes and resolve challenges.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws relevant to operations and maintain clear and effective communication channels with driver partners and local & global teams.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the logistics business, coordinate logistics for timely and efficient sticker distribution/installation, and meet deadlines for accurate reporting.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic operational environment.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably in supply chain or marketing)
- Excellent data-related skills with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (mostly in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in driver community and field team management
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) & Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
