We are looking for a detail-oriented, innovative, and data-driven Associate Analyst to join our growing Social Intelligence team! The ideal candidate has experience managing and analyzing large, unstructured data sets to identify trends or has a degree/background in research. The candidate should have interest in social data – monitoring, categorizing, and reporting – as well as experience or background in marketing or advertising. This person will work closely with the larger Social Intelligence and Audience Intelligence teams and will assist in delivering ongoing social intelligence reports for our pharmaceutical clients.
The ideal candidate will:

Assist in the collection, analysis, and PowerPoint report development for recurring social intelligence reports across clients

Assist in query builds, rules, and categorizations in CMI Media Group’s social listening tools to collect and analyze the social data

Assist in dashboard builds and ad-hoc internal and external social intelligence data pull requests

Work closely with your manager to communicate trends in the data and develop actionable insights

Assist in the development of templates, best practices, and trainings for the Social Intelligence team

Assist internal teams, such as Media, Communications Planning, and Paid Social, in providing social listening data used for brand planning and strategy

Partner with market research counterparts to incorporate social listening data when necessary

Maintain and grow as the subject matter expert, by staying current on social intelligence, social listening, and audience research trends

Boolean query writing experience a plus, but not required

Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience a plus, but not required

Experience with top social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch) a plus/preference, but not required

Bilingual/Multilingual candidates a plus, but not required
Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in social listening, community management, market research, and/or data analytics (within a digital marketing agency a plus, but not required)

Strong attention to detail, project management, and prioritization skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment

Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrates strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills

Knowledge of social media, search, and/or traditional media marketing a plus
