Key Responsibilities
- Work on ESG consulting mandates including but not limited to Goal Setting, Materiality Assessment, GAP Analysis, Implementation Plan, Monitoring and Dashboarding, GHG accounting, Science Based Targets, Statutory Reporting / Sustainability Reports, ESG Rating
- Will be part of the team focused on ESG mandates and also support other advisory and consulting mandates
- Plan and coordinate the projects / mandates on a day-to-day basis and taking lead on client engagement
- Have a target-oriented approach - ensure you meet the standards on both productivity and quality
- Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met
- Work with internal stakeholders for any exception handling
- Work closely with customers to enhance delivery and support infrastructure and processes
- Develop sales collaterals along with providing inputs to the sales planning process
- Actively participate in business development and sales meetings to drive the ESG agenda for India market
Key Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of successful customer engagement
- Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership
- Experience in ESG Consulting and Advisory is a must
- Analytical Capabilities and Problem Solving
- Excellent communication and decision-making skill
